MIRACLES
With someone that loves you too’
He said with his deep brown eyes.
With joy he filled my days
When they were drowned by grief
As troubadours sang their lays
Leaf by leaf.
His words will vanish,
Their sound will change
As time and oblivion punish
Page by page.
Time will remove
His words, his face
From my heart's core
As death leaves
A body on shore.
If miracles do not appear
If he does not hear
The water falling or rain
Whom shall I blame?
